DISCLAIMER

I, JOHN GRIFFIN, am the surviving spouse of the decedent,
PATRICIA A. COPPINGER-GRIFFIN, who died on January 18, 2010, in
the City and County of San Francisco, hereinafter referred to
as “said decedent”.

For reasons satisfactory to me, I do hereby irrevocably,
unqualifiedly, unconditionally and completely, renounce and
disclaim for me and my heirs, devisees and legatees all of my
right, title and interest of whatsoever nature, in any interest
in the estate of Mary F. Coppinger which I am entitled to take by
intestate succession from said decedent other than the real
estate distributed to said decedent in 2006 which is not included
as part of this disclaimer and was titled in the name of said
decedent at her date of death.

I do hereby irrevocably, unqualifiedly, unconditionally
and completely disclaim, renounce, decline and refuse any and
all of the right, title and interest in any of said decedent's
interest othér than the real estate distributed to said decedent
in 2006 in the estate of Mary F. Coppinger which otherwise may
pass to me from the estate of said decedent under the laws of
intestate succession of any jurisdiction or by beneficiary
designation, or by joint tenancy, or by will, codicil,
revocable trust agreement or other estate planning documents of
said decedent. It is my intention that all of the property
disclaimed shall be distributed in accordance with law of

intestate succession as though I had predeceased said decedent.

I have not heretofore accepted any interest in and to any
property of the estate of Mary F. Coppinger to which I may
otherwise be entitled as a result of the death of said decedent
and I have not received nor will I receive any consideration in
money or money’s worth for making this disclaimer.

I do not in any way direct to whom said decedent's interest
in the estate of Mary F. Coppinger should pass as a result of
this disclaimer.

It is my intention that this disclaimer be valid under
California Probate Code Sections 260 et seq. and constitute a
qualified disclaimer as defined in Internal Revenue Code
Section 2518, as amended, or the corresponding provisions of
any subsequent federal tax law, and the regulations of the

Internal Revenue Service thereunder.

I hereby declare that I have signed this disclaimer volun-

tarily and after due consideration.
