Deposition Duces Tecum of Defendant’s Designated Corporate Representative, and the Court
being otherwise duly advised in the premises, it is hereupon:
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:
Defendant’s Corporate Representative may bring documents to the deposition for
reference purposes. Use of privileged claim file materials to prepare for the deposition or refresh
recollection during the deposition will not constitute waiver of any asserted privilege and/or
subject the materials to production. Defendant's Corporate Representative shall not be required
to testify as to any privileged matters or produce any privileged documents subject to a ruling
from the Court.
