MOTION TO SUBSTITUTE PARTY PLAINTIFF AND TO AMEND STYLE OF CASE
Plaintiff, Florida Asset Resolution Group, LLC, moves this Court pursuant to Florida Rule of
Civil Procedure 1.260(c) for the entry of an order substituting Bayview Loan Servicing, LLC as the
plaintiffin this case and to amend the style to reflect the substitution, and as grounds therefore states:
1. Plaintiff, Florida Asset Resolution Group, LLC, assigned all of its right, title and
interest in the subject loan documents to Bayview Loan Servicing, LLC. A copy of an Assignment
of Mortgage memorializing the assignment of the subject mortgage is attached hereto as Exhibit “A”.
2. No defendant will be prejudiced by the substitution of Florida Asset Resolution
Group, LLC as the party plaintiff in this action.
WHEREFORE, Florida Asset Resolution Group, LLC requests that this Court enter an order
substituting Bayview Loan Servicing, LLC as the proper party plaintiff and to amend the case
