COMES NOW HOWARD C. FORMAN, CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT,
BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA (“Clerk”), by and through his undersigned counsel,
and files his Answer to the Amended Mortgage Foreclosure Complaint (the “Complaint”)
previously filed herein, stating as follows:
1. The Clerk is without knowledge as to those allegations contained in
Paragraphs | through 20 and Paragraph 22 of Count I of said Complaint.
2. As to the allegations set forth in Paragraph 21 of Count I of the Plaintiff's
Complaint, the Clerk admits that it claims an interest in this matter pursuant to Judgment
liens recorded in the public records of Broward County, Florida, but denies that its
interest is subordinate and inferior to Plaintiff's interest.
