its undersigned attorneys, does hereby move this Honorable Court pursuant to Fla.R.Civ.P. 1.260 (c) to
substitute the Party Plaintiff and to amend Plaintiff's name in the instant foreclosure action and would show as
grounds therefore as follows:
i. That a complaint to foreclose a mortgage was filed in the above cause and the name of the
Plaintiff has changed due to a transfer of interest.
2. That a transfer of interest has been made to Federal National Mortgage Association. Attached
hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit “A” is a copy of an Assignment of Mortgage (the “Assignment”)
evidencing this transfer of interest.
3. Asa result of the foregoing, Federal National Mortgage Association should be substituted as
the Plaintiff in the instant action, pursuant to Fla.R.Civ.P. 1.260(c)
4. That Federal National Mortgage Association is therefore the real party in interest in the
instant action.
5. The Assignment has been attached to this motion solely for the purpose of evidencing the
transfer of interest. and for no other purpose
