The Petition of Plaintiff Tina Soberanis, Trustee of the Hans W. Armbrust and Ingrid

Armbrust Revocable Trust Agreement, dated April 13, 1990, for an Order Confirming Arbitration

With no opposition being filed to Plaintiff's Petition for Order Confirming Arbitration Award,
and with good cause being shown, the Court adopts its tentative ruling as follows:

IT 1S HEREBY ORDERED THAT:

Plaintiff's Petition for Order Confirming Arbitration Award is hereby GRANTED. The
Arbitration Award dated October 23, 2013 in this matter, executed by Arbitrator Stanley W. Smith, is
binding upon the parties hereto, and is hereby CONFIRMED pursuant to Code of Civil Procedure
§§1285 and 1286.

Judgment shall be entered in accordance with the Arbitration Award in favor of Plaintiff Tina
Soberanis, Trustee of the Hans W. Armbrust and Ingrid Armbrust Revocable Trust Agreement,
dated April 13, 1990, and against Defendants Katherine Grimme and Joe Castellano, as follows:

(1) Plaintiff shall be entitled to the net proceeds from the partition sale of the Property in the

total amount of $363,775.43;

(2) Plaintiff shall be entitled to damages from Defendants in the total amount of $37,382.45;

and

(3) Each party shall bear their own attorney’s fees and costs.
