PLAINTIFF'S MOTION TO COMPEL TRIAL SETTING
COMES NOW, the Plaintiff, WILLIE JOHNSON, by and through undersigned
counsel and hereby files her Motion to Compel Trial Setting, and states:
1. This is a medical malpractice case that is at issue and will take
approximately 5-7 days to complete.
2. On November 21, 2014, in accordance with Broward County Court
procedures, counsel for the Plaintiff attempted to mutually coordinate trial with
the Defendants. (See correspondence attached hereto as Exhibit “A”).
3. To date, the Defendants have failed to respond.
4. Defendants’ counsel's failure to respond, prejudices the Plaintiff and
delays this matter from being heard.
