entry of default judgment pursuant to CPLR 3215; and whereas this Court now determines that,
for good cause shown, Plaintiff is entitled to the requested relief; therefore, it is hereby:
ORDERED that Plaintiff’s motion for default judgment, filed pursuant to CPLR 3215, be
and is hereby granted in its entirety; and it is further
ORDERED that default judgment is granted in favor of Plaintiff and against Defendant in
the sum of $230,833.37, plus costs and disbursements to be taxed by the Clerk, and the Clerk is
