Withdraw as Counsel for Plaintiff MIAMI AUTO MAX, INC., d/b/a Car Depot of Miramar and
appropriate notice having been given, it is hereby,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the withdrawal of counsel Alan K. Marcus, Esq., and Marcus Law Center, LLC is
hereby granted and they shall no longer be attorney of record for Plaintiff MIAMI AUTO
MAX, INC., d/b/a Car Depot of Miramar in this matter.
2. Within 20 days from the date of this order, Plaintiff shall retain new counsel and have that
counsel file a written appearance with the Clerk of the Court, which notice of appearance
must include the Florida Bar number and e-mail address of new counsel;3. In the interim, MIAMI AUTO MAX, INC., d/b/a Car Depot of Miramar may be served at
the following address: 3530 S. State Road, Miramar, Florida 33023
