Comes Now, MARIA SOLER (hereinafter “Plaintiff’) hereby requests that this Honorable Court
enter an Order of Referral to Mediation , and in support therefore states as follows:
1 On July 30, 2015, this lawsuit was initiated by the Plaintiff in attempt to clarify a
supposedly debt owed to Defendant.
2. That Plaintiff would like the opportunity to attend mediation in order to solidify a
Settlement Agreement.
3. In consideration of the fact that Plaintiff is not in a good health, and continuing with a
legal process can be really stressful and damaging for her health.
4- The Plaintiff believes that the Mediation can solidify a resolution to this Legal action,
and that will be in the best interest of both parties.
5- This motion is made in a good faith and not for the purpose of delay
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff, MARIA SOLER prays to this Honorable Court enter an Order to
Referral to Mediation and any other relief at law or equity that this Court may deem proper and
permissible.
