Time to Serve the Defendants, and the Court having been informed of the agreement of counsel, and
having been otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is hereupon:
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. Plaintiff, Mikey Mombranche’s Motion for Continuance and/or Rescheduling of
Evidentiary Hearing on Plaintiffs Motion for Extension of Time to Serve the Defendants
is GRANTED.
