(the “Association”), a Florida not for profit corporation, moves this Honorable Court for an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, and in support hereof states: 1. A Final Judgment of Foreclosure was entered in favor of Plaintiff on May 17, 2016, and the Court scheduled the foreclosure to take place on June 21, 2016. 2. The foreclosure sale was held on June 21, 2016, but the wining third party bidder, Majolie M. Callan defaulted by failing to make the final payment of the bid amount within the required time frame. 3. As a result of the default, Four Hundred and Forty Three Dollars and Fifty Cents ($443.50) is currently being held in the Court Registry. 4. Plaintiff is entitled to recover the remaining funds held in the Court’s Registry and request that the foreclosure sale be rescheduled for the first available sale date.
