TRANSFER OF STRUCTURED SETTLEMENT PAYMENT RIGHTS
Please take notice that ABA, LLC, a Wisconsin limited liability company, and/or it assigns
(collectively hereinafter "Transferee"), has filed a Petition in the Circuit Court of Broward County,
Florida for authorization of a transfer of structured settlement payment rights, pursuant to Florida
Statutes §626.99296.
You are HEREBY NOTIFIED OF THE FOLLOWING:
1. Any interested parties, as defined m Florida § 626.99296(2)(i), is entitled to support,
oppose or otherwise respond to the Petition attached hereto, either in person or by counsel, by
submitting written comments to the Court, or by participating in the hearing.
2. Transferee will seek the entry of an Order authorizing approval of the transfer of
structured settlement payment rights described in the attached Petition at a hearing before the
Honorable Michael L. Gates, Judge in the above Court, at the Circuit Court of Broward
County, on September 2, 2015 at 8:45 a.m.

the approved transfer.
