forwarded to them as attorneys for the plaintiff

Please write your matter number, statedbelow, on your check or money order for proper processing of your
payment.
4. That in theevent Defeñdañt fails
to remit any payment when due, Plaintiff
will notifyDcfcñdâñt viaregular mail to
the address noted below. Ifany defaultis not cured within ten (10) days of said notice,Plaintiffmay submit a
judgment, without further notice, for entry for allsums due as computed from the compl=i=; lesspayments
