TION FOR LEAVE FO FILE COUNTER-CLAIM

The motion by DEFENDANT, BARBARA MORFORD, for leave to file a counterclaim
came on for hearing before this court. The court, having read and considered the moving papers
and arguments of counsel, and good cause appearing, rules as follows:

Defendant’s motion 1s GRANTED. The Counter-claim submitted with Defendant’s
motion on or about September 7, 2017 1s deemed filed as of today’s date. Plaintiff shall have 20
days to file a responsive pleading to the Counter-claim.
