        ORDER GRANTING PLAINTIFFS’ MOTION FOR LEAVE TO FILE FOURTH
        AMENDED        PETITION AND JOIN AUTIMIS, LLC AND AUTIMIS MEDICAL
                                          CODING, LLC

         Before the Court is Plaintiffs’ Motion for Leave to File Fourth Amended Petition and

Join Autimis, LLC and Autimis Medical Coding, LLC (the “Motion for Leave”).         Upon review

of the Motion, the response (if any), the record and pleadings, and the arguments of counsel at

the hearing, the Court grants Plaintiffs’ Motion for Leave to File Fourth Amended Petition and

Join Autimis, LLC and Autimis Medical Coding, LLC.

         IT IS THEREFORE        ORDERED     that Plaintiffs Prexus Health Consultants,    LLC   and

Prexus Health, LLC      shall file their Fourth Amended Petition by no later than March

2011.    Plaintiffs shall proceed with service upon Autimis LLC and Autimis Medical Coding,

LLC proximately thereafter.
