On 2011, came on to be considered the Motion to Quash and for a Protective
Order of Omar Kiggundu, Mustapha Kibirige and Humble Surgical Hospital (herein, "Movants"), in
connection with a Notice of Deposition purportedly served by Prexus Health Consultants, LLC and
Prexus Health, LLC upon Movants on or about February 16, 2011 and February 1, 2011 (herein, the
“Notices of Deposition"). After considering the evidence and hearing the arguments of counsel, it
appears to the Court that good cause exists for such Motion and it should be GRANTED.
IT IS ORDERED that the above-described Notice of Deposition served upon Omar
Kiggundu, Mustapha Kibirige and Humble Surgical Hospital be and are hereby QUASHED
The Court finds that a protective order is necessary to protect Omar Kiggundu, Mustapha
