I) Statement of income and expense, if required, shall be served on or before November 15,
2019;
2) Appraisals to be exchanged and filed, in conformity with subsection( g ) of Rule 202.59, on or
before January 9,2020;
3)All additional discovery, including audit of books and records, if any, shall be completed by
March 10,,2020;
4) Note of Issue and Certificate of Readiness to be filed on or before April 10,2020.
5) A pre-trial conference will be scheduled when the Trial Note of Issue has been filed with the
