IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED, by and between the undersigned, the attorneys
of record for all the parties to the above-entitled action, that the deposition of Plaintiff is adjourned to
June 29, 2020 and shall be conducted by video and that the depositions of Defendants are tentatively
scheduled for Jule 10, 2020, pending the ability of the Defendants to be deposed via video, if unable to
do so in person due to the current health pandemic. The parties agree that Post-EBT Demands shall be
served within thirty (30) days of depositions and responses are to be provided thirty (30) days thereafter.
II IS FURTHER HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED that Independent Medical
Exarnination(s) shall be noticed by Defendants within 45 days and the Independent Medical
Examination(s) shall be completed within 45 days thereafter, to the extent possible due to the current
health pandemic. The Report(s) shall be exchanged within 45 days of the Medical Examination.
A facsimile or copy of this document will be acceptable as an original for purposes of filing with
the Court.
