Order of this Court, pursuant to Code of Civil Procedure Section 415.45 that service of the Amended
Summons and Amended Complaint on Defendant may be effectuated by posting a copy thereof on the
premises described in the Complaint on file herein and located at 1115 Taylor Street, #4, San
Francisco, California 94108. The Court appears satisfied therefrom that a cause of action for
unlawful detainer exists against Defendant AARON WILLIAMS in the above-mentioned action and
that the Summons on the Complaint has been duly issued out of the above-entitled court in this action
and that said defendant cannot with reasonable diligence be served in any other manner specified by
Section 425.10 and 415.50 of the California Code of Civil Procedure for the reasons that the

whereabouts of said defendant is unknown, and that reasonable diligence has been expended in
attempting to serve the summons as set forth in the declaration on file herein,

along with a copy of the Complaint on file herein be served upon Defendant AARON WILLIAMS by
posting a copy thereof on the premises described as 1115 Taylor Street, #4, San Francisco,
California 94108, by affixing a copy of said Summons and Complaint on the door of the
defendant’s dwelling;
IT IS ORDERED that a copy of the Summons and Complaint be forthwith mailed, by certified
