This Court, having on November 20, 2013, granted the motion of Plaintiff for Summary

Judgment, hereby orders judgment in favor of Plaintiff as follows:

IT IS HEREBY ADJUDGED AND DECREED that Plaintiff, ESTHER EAMES LLC, have and
recover from Defendant ALEXANDER LEBANGSON possession of the premises located at 855
Folsom Street # 702, San Francisco, San Francisco County, California, 94107. The clerk of this Court is
directed to issue a writ of possession directing the sheriff to take all legal steps necessary to remove

Defendant from the Premises. This judgment shall run against “all occupants” pursuant to California

Code of Civil Procedure Section 452.46.
