ORDERED, that the plaintiffs’ claims against defendants, FRONTIER INSULATION
CONTRACTORS, INC. and INDUSTRIAL INSULATION SALES, INC., the predecessors,
successors, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, are dismissed with prejudice as against said
defendant only, without costs; and it is further.
