limits of this court.

2. That the plaintiff, LEO SELEZNEV, is and has been a resident of Broward County,
Florida at all times material hereto, and is otherwise sui juris.

3. That the defendant, TANYA ANN SUAREZ was a resident of Broward County,
Florida at the time of the subject accident, and is currently a resident of Miami-Dade County,
Florida, and is otherwise sui juris.

5. That on or about January 25, 2016 the defendant, TANYA ANN SUAREZ, owned.
