MOTION TO ENTER JUDGMENT
NOW COMES GABRIEL GUTIERREZ, Attorney for Respondent, JESUS JUAREZ-
HERNANDEZ, herein and brings this Motion to Enter Judgment. In support hereof, Movant
shows the following:
I.
JESUS JUAREZ-HERNANDEZ and LUPE JUAREZ are Respondent and Petitioner,
respectfully in a Suit for Dissolution of Marriage.
i.
Prior to the Court’s execution of Parties’ Final Decree of Divorce, Respondent and
Petitioner requested a minor change in their Final Decree of Divorce whereby the price for sale
of the home would not be reduced by $5,000.00 cach month that the house does not sell. Both
Parties agreed and relayed their agreement to Respondent’s attorney to redact the reduction in
price in the event that their house is not sole forthwith.
The draft of the Final Decree of Divorce was changed in accord with their agreement,
then each of them refused to sign the decree. Thus, this Motion to Enter Judgment.WHEREFORE, PREMISES CONSIDERED, Respondent prays this Court will GRANT
this motion and for such other and further relief that may be awarded at law or in equity.
