PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Plaintiffs hereby request that the Court take judicial notice,
pursuant to California Rule of Evidence 452, of the following facts and documents:
Fact 1: the location of 1177 Branham Ln., San Jose, CA 95118 is the address for Postal
Annex #125 of San Jose, CA. Attached as Exhibit, “A” is a true and correct copy of a
printout of the Postal Annex locations for San Jose, CA, as set forth in the Declaration If
Allen Thomas Koster.
Under California Rule of Evidence § 452, judicial notice may be taken of facts and
documents that are not reasonably subject to dispute and are capable of immediate and accurate

determination by resort to sources of reasonably indisputable accuracy. (Cal. Evid. Code 452(h).)
