STIPULATION FOR FINAL ORDER OF DISMISSAL WITH PREJUDICE
IT iS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED by and between the Plaintiffs, RONALD
HAIMOWITZ AND ELAINE HAINMOWITZ, and the Defendants, STATE FARM MUTUAL
AUTOMOBILE INSURANCE CO. and FREDY FERNANDO NARVAEZ, that the above-entitled
action has been amicably settled in its entirety, and that this case should be dismissed with prejudice as to
the Defendants with each party to bear their own costs and attorneys’ fees.
IT IS FURTHER STIPULATED AND AGREED that the Plaintiffs shall satisfy any outstanding
liens, subrogated interests and medical bills in this action from the settlement proceeds.
