                           HERMAN SEGAL, being duly sworn deposes and says:

                           1.       I am an occupant of the residence that is at the center of this action and I have

                  personal knowledge regarding the facts and circumstances set forth herein.                 I submit this

                  Affidavit in support of Plaintiff’s application for an Order Show Cause which seeks, inter alia, a

                  stay of the execution of the Warrant of Eviction that was issued by the New York City Housing

                  Court (Quentin Manor LLC v. Segal, Civil Court, Kings County, Index No. LT-063705-19/KI

                  (the “Eviction Proceeding”)) against my wife and me in connection with our home located at

                  4115 Quentin Road, Brooklyn, New York 11234 (Kings County, Block: 7865, Lot: 3) (the

                  “Premises”).

                           2.       It is my custom and practice to retain emails that I receive that I deem to be

                  important.    On or about March 29, 2019 I was “carbon copied” on an email sent by Izidor
