Upon the reading and filing of the Affidavit of Yocheved Segal, duly sworn to on
November 27, 2019, and the exhibits attached thereto, the Affidavit of Herman Segal, duly
sworn to on December 9, 2019, and the exhibits attached thereto, the Affirmation of Emergency
of Avinoam Y. Rosenfeld, Esq., duly affirmed on December 9, 2019, and all prior papers and
pleadings submitted in this action, it is hereby,
ORDERED, that Quentin Manor LLC (“Quentin Manor”), or its attorneys show cause
before this Court at 360 Adams Street, Brooklyn, New York, Room ____, on December ___,
2019 at ____ a.m., or soon as thereafter as counsel may be heard, why an order should not be
entered (i) staying the execution of the Warrant of Eviction that was issued by the New York
City Housing Court (Quentin Manor LLC v. Segal, Civil Court, Kings County, Index No.
LT-063705-19/KI; (ii) awarding Plaintiff the costs and disbursements of this motion; and (iii)

granting Plaintiff such other and further relief as the Court deems just and proper; and, it is

ORDERED that, pending the hearing of this motion and further Order of this Court,
Defendant and Sheriff and/or Marshal of the City of New York are prohibited from taking any
action to execute the Warrant of Eviction that was issued by the New York City Housing Court
(Quentin Manor LLC v. Segal, Civil Court, Kings County, Index No. LT-063705-19/KI; and, it
is further
ORDERED that, sufficient cause appearing therefor, let service pursuant to CPLR 2103
of a copy of this Order and the papers upon which it is based upon Defendant or its counsel, on
or before __________ __, 2019 be deemed good and sufficient service; and, it is further
ORDERED that, opposition papers, if any, be served upon counsel for Plaintiff at The
Rosenfeld Law Office, 156 Harborview South, Lawrence, New York 11559, so as to be received
on or before ___________ __, 2019; and, it is further
ORDERED that, reply papers, if any, shall be served upon Defendant or its counsel, on
