Plaintiff, by its attorney, the Law Office of Morse Geller, complaining
of the defendant(s) alleges as follows:
1. That the plaintiff is a domestic corporation authorized to transact
business in the state of New York. Plaintiff is licensed by the NYS
Banking Dept as such is not required to be licensed by the NYC Consumer
Affairs Dept.
2. That the defendant(s) resides in the county in which this action is
brought or that the defendant(s) transacted business within the county
in which this action is brought in person or through his agent and that
the instant cause of action arose out of said transaction.
3. Plaintiff is the holder, for value of a retail installment contract dated
02/14/19 duly excuted UNIVERSAL
at CREDIT FURNITUR 15 BOND ST
BKLYN NY 11201 and delivered and/or guaranteed by the defendant(s).
4. Upon information and belief, defendant(s) defaulted in making the payments
due therein and presently owe a balance of $2767.44 plus interest
calculated pursuant to said instrument at an interest rate of 24.9 %
per annum together with an attorney fee of $0 as provided in said
instrument making a total of $2767.44.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff demands judgment against defendant(s) for the sum of
$2767.44 with interest on $2767.44 from 07/31/19 together with the costs
and disbursements of this action, plus reasonable attorney fees.
