Pursuant to the authority granted to Special Master Dave Henningsen, Esq., by the
Court’s August 16, 2013 Order to Appoint Special Master and September 9, 2013 Pre-Trial
Order,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:
1 Developer Defendants 699 Second Development, LLC, and ‘Cannon Constructors,
Inc., through their insurers Everest Indemnity Insurance Company and Illinois Union Insurance
Company, are ordered to pay their settlement funds by close of business December 12, 2014.
Said settlement funds were due November 17, 2014 under the terms of the Settlement Agreement
and Release of Claims executed by Developer Defendants on October 14, 2014 and October 20,
2014, respectively.
2. Defendant Marvin Windows, Inc. is ordered to pay their settlement funds by close
of business December 12, 2014. Said settlement funds were due November 17, 2014 under the
terms of the Settlement Agreement and Release of Claims executed by Defendant Marvin
Windows, Inc. on November 19, 2014.
