Dear Ms. lyer: This is to:provide you notice that we will be making an ex parte application in Dept. 8 before Judge Folan
at 8:30 a.m. on Friday October 27, 2017,for a temporary restraining order and order to show cause re preliminary
injunction against the Vietnam Town Condominium Owners Association, Inc. to restore the gas line connection for Unit
9015 and for an order prohibiting the later disconnection or interruption of the gas line. Please advise if you will oppose
