            ORDER GRANTING SUBSTITUTION OF ROBERT G. TAYLOR, ILAS PERSONAL
                  REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF ROBERT G, TAYLOR

                        THIS CAUSE having come before the Court on Plaintiffs’ Motion for Substitution of

          Parties and the Court, having considered same, the responses of Plaintiff and arguments       and

          evidence contained therein, FINDS the motion well taken and FINDS       the following:

                        Defendant Robert G. Taylor died on November 26, 2005 and Robert G. Taylor, IT was

          appointed Personal Representative of the Estate of Robert G. Taylor on or about October 4°,

          2006.

                    Defendants’ Motion for the Substitution of Parties should be GRANTED.

                    It is therefore ORDERED,     ADJUDGED and DECREED that

                    Defendants’ Motion for the Substitution of Parties is hereby GRANTED,     and Robert G.

          Taylor, Il is hereby added as Personal Representative of the Estate of Robert G. Taylor, and the

          Estate of Robert G. Taylor is substituted into this matter instead of Robert G. Taylor as the

          proper party pursuant to Texas Rule of Civil Procedure 152.
