Plaintiff's Objections and Motion to Strike Defendants’ Exhibits and arguments and evidence

contained    therein,   FINDS    the    Objections      and    Motion    to be   insufficient   and   FINDS    the

following:

        Plaintiffs objections are hereby OVERRULED and

        Plaintiffs Motion to Strike as to each Exhibit is hereby DENIED.

        It is therefore ORDERED that

        Plaintiff's     Objections     and     Motion     to    Strike   Defendants’     Exhibits     are   hereby

OVERRULED and DENIED.
