Plaintiff, Teresa Maria Cortinas, M.D., P.A., (“Cortinas”), through undersigned counsel,
hereby moves, pursuant to Fla. R. Civ. Pro. 1.090, for an extension of time to file an amended
complaint in this matter and states as follows:
1. Counsel for Advanced Imaging Associates, Inc. has agreed that Cortinas has until
April 11, 2008 within which to serve their amended complaint.
