Plaintiff, REGENT HOLDING CORPORATION (hereinafter “Regent’), by and through its
undersigned counsel end pursuant to the Florida Rules of Civil Procedure, hereby files this Amended

Complaint! against the Defendants, MICHAEL EARL MILLER (hereinafter “MILLER”), SERGIO BAEZ

(“SERGIO”) and LIZETTE MARIE BAEZ (“LIZETTE”) and states:
This in a breach of contract action for damages exceeding $15,000.00, exclusive of

2. Plaintiff is a Florida corporation doing business in Palm Beach County, Florida, and is the
