and as grounds therefore alleges:
1. The undersigned counsel initiated this action on behalf of U.S. BANK NATIONAL
ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR JPMACC 2006-CH2 J.P. MORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL
ASSOCIATION. Due to an error by Plaintiff's counsel, the name of the Plaintiff was improperly stated. The correct
Plaintiff's name should have been listed as U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for J.P. Morgan Mortgage
Acquisition Trust 2006-CH2, Asset Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-CH2., which is now the holder
of the loan documents sued upon in this action and/or is entitled to enforce the loan documents sued upon in this
action.
2. U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for J.P. Morgan Mortgage Acquisition Trust 2006-
CH2, Asset Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006~CH2. is the real party in interest and the proper Plaintiff
in this action
