As a survived sibling of the late EDDY LOUIS and since the latter did not have a
will upon his death, I became his heir by default. However, my brother, EDDY LOUIS,
has been the sole proprietor as it showed in Exhibits A and B of the complaint. Therefore,
contrary to one may think, I do not hold any interest in that property, I have lived there
for the past years as a care taker in order to assist and support my very ill brother.
In addition, Exhibit B, as recorded is not subject to any error or mistake, except
the will of my late brother’s decision to be the sole guarantor of the Mortgage.
Therefore, a request of the plaintiff to the court to reform the Mortgage will constitute a
mistake.
Finally, I hope that I can not be held responsible for the financial mischief of my
late brother who I loved and cared for. I would like to have the opportunity to defend
myself, so the court could hear my side of the case.
