Plaintiff, Washington Mutual Bank, moves this Honorable Court for an Order Granting Motiomts
On or about January 30, 2008, a Complaint was filed listing the name of the Plaintiff as
“Washington Mutual Bank.”

Subsequent to the filing of the present action, the underlying note and mortgage were
transferred. Accordingly, the Plaintiff name should be substituted to the current real party in interest “CitiBank
NA, as trustee for WaMu Series 2007-HE3 Trust.”
WHEREFORE, the Plaintiff prays that this Honorable Court will enter an Order Granting Motion to
Substitute Party Plaintiff.
