commencement of a proceeding regarding the above-referenced living trust is the county
where the principal place of administration of the trust is located, which is in Alameda
County.

2. The action of the above-captioned case shall be transferred to the Superior

Desmond {(“Tav") Mactavish a new Notice of Hearing-Decedent's Estate containing the
date, time, and location of the initial hearing in the action in Alameda County.
