Upon the Summons, Complaint, filed on December 19, 2011 and the Supplemental
Summons and Amended Complaint filed on April 10, 2015 and the Notices of Pendency, filed on
December 19, 2011, November 5, 2014, April 10, 2015 and February 22, 2018; upon all of the
papers and proceedings heretofore filed and had herein; upon showing that each of the defendants
have been personally served within this State with a copy of the Summons and Complaint as can
be seen from the affidavits of service on file with this court; and upon the Order Confirming
Referee Report and Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale granted on September 4, 2018 and entered
on September 5, 2018, and more than ninety (90) days passed since entry of said judgment; itis
ORDERED, that plaintiff is granted an extension of ninety (90) days from the entry of this
Order to schedule its foreclosure sale; and itfurther
ORDERED, that the Notice of Sale be served on all defendants in the foreclosure action
and same be filed with the ROCKLAND County Clerk's Office and mailed to the ROCKLAND
