       Upon reading and filing the Affirmation of Andrew D. Brodnick, sworn to on the

7 day of February, 2013, the exhibits annexed hereto, and upon all papers and

proceedings heretofore had herein, it is

       ORDERED that the temporary restraining order issued by this Court on February

6, 2013 is modified so as to direct non-party Broadridge to produce documents requested

by the Subpoena Duces Tecum dated January 3, 2013 served by Plaintiffs.
