The Plaintiff, having moved pursuant to CPLR § 3212 for an Order granting Summary
Judgment in its favor and against the Defendant MARK C WEINER, and said Motion having
been submitted on , 2013, and this Court having rendered a Decision dated

granting the Plaintiff's Motion in its entirety; and

UPON the Summons and Complaint, the Answer, the Notice of Motion for Summary
Judgment, the Affidavit of Stephane Ubini and the exhibits annexed thereto, the Affirmation of
Peter Withey, Esq. and the exhibits annexed thereto, and upon all prior proceedings had herein,
and due deliberation having been had thereon;

NOW, upon Motion of Cohen & Slamowitz, LLP, attorneys for Plaintiff, it is hereby

ORDERED that Plaintiff's Motion is granted in its entirety; and it is further

ORDERED that the Clerk is hereby directed to enter Judgment in favor of Plaintiff and
against the Defendant MARK C WEINER in the sum of $1,597.99, plus costs and

disbursements, and that Judgment be entered accordingly.
