proceedings have heretofore had herein, and no one appearing in opposition thereto; and
after due deliberation have been had thereon;
NOW, upon motion of Stein, Wiener & Roth, L.L.P. attorneys for Plaintiff, it is
ORDERED, that the application is granted, without opposition; and it is further
ORDERED, that this action be and the same is hereby discontinued without costs to
either party as against the other; and it is further
ORDERED, that the County Clerk of ROCKLAND County is directed, upon payment of the
