Dear Judge Boniello:
This firm represents plaintiff Eric Laughton in the above-captioned action.
A motion appearance and pre-trial ccñference is scheduled for August 14, 2019 at 9:30
a.m.
Attorney Kelly Kline (Maynard, O'Connor, Smith & Catalinotto) has filed a motion for
summary judgment on behalf of her client, lftikhar Syed, M.D., returnable on August 14,
2019, with plaintiff's answering papers due on or before August 7, 2019.
Although we have not received further motion it is our that co-
papers, understanding
defendants will likewise be filing motions for summary judgment.
At this time, upon consent of Ms. Kline, we respectfully request that the August 14, 2019
motion appearance and pre-trial conference be adjourned until all motion papers have
been served, and that plaintiff's answering papers to defendant Syed's motion be
adjourned as well.
We further request that all motions be returnable on the same date, to be determined by
the Court.
I note that this case is scheduled for trial beginning on June 4, 2020.
