Plaintiff, by its attorneys, complaining of the defendant (s), respectfully alleges:
1. Plaintiff is a corporation organized under the laws of the United States of America. Under present
ules plaintiff is not required to be licensed as a debt collector by the New York City Department of
Sonsumer Affairs.
2. That the defendant (s) resides in the county in which this action is brought; or that the
lefendant (s) transacted business within the county in which this action is brought in person or through his
igent and that the instant cause of action arose out of said transaction.
3. Plaintiff is the holder for value of a promissory instrument duly executed and delivered by
lefendants.
4, Upon information and belief, defendants defaulted in making the payments due therein and
resently owe a balance of $83,719.16, together with an attorney's fee of $16,743.83, as provided in said
nstrument, making a total of $100,462.99.
WHEREFORE, plaintiff demands judgment against defendant(s), for the sum of $100,462.99 with
nterest on $83,719.16 from February 1, 2012 together with costs and disbursements.
