                           This is a joint letter on behalf of all the parties in the above-referenced first-party
                  “Nomura Actions.”        Pursuant to Your Honor’s Order, dated October 18, 2018 (Index No.
                  652619/2012, NYSCEF Doc. No. 444) (the “October 18 Order”), the parties met and conferred
                  but were unable to reach an agreement on a revised expert discovery schedule for these Nomura
                  Actions.    Accordingly, attached is a joint submission setting forth the parties’ respective
                  positions.
