                    Dear Justice Friedman:


                             Enclosed please find a revised version of the parties' proposed case management order in
                    the RMBS Putback and Monoline Cases pending in Part 60 (Exhibit A), along with a redline
                    against the defendants' version submitted on June 30, 2015 (Exhibit B) and a redline against the
                    version the parties jointly submitted to Your Honor on September 11, 2015 (Exhibit C).

                             Aside from the case schedule, whichwas addressedin a joint letter to the Court dated
                    September 11, 2015, the parties have now reached agreement on the proposed case management
                    order.   The enclosed proposedversion omits the parenthetical in SectionV.B.1 .a thatremained
                    an open issue in the previous version that we submitted to the Court.
