parties that have appeared in this action, that wheteas no party hereto is an infant or incompetent
person for whom a committee has been appointed and no petson not a party has an interest in the
subject matter of the action, the above captioned action be, and the same hereby is, discontinued
with prejudice, as to defendant AMG Elton LLC only, without costs to any party as against the
other.
IT IS FURTHER STIPULATED AND AGREED, that a facsimile or electronic copy of
this stipulation shall be deemed an original and that this stipulation may be filed without further
notice with the Cletk of the Court.
