        The Court has considered Plaintiffs William Richard Miller (“Miller”) and Melissia Krisco

 (“Kisco”) (Miller and Krisco are collectively referred to as “Plaintiffs”) Motion for Final Default

Judgment Against Defendant Robert Sword (“Sword” or “Defendant’).
