Defendant; and it is further

ORDERED, that Plaintiff is granted leave to serve the Supplemental Summons and
Amended Complaint by regular mail upon all Defendants previously served in this action, and
that any responsive pleadings thereto shall be served in accordance with the CPLR; and it is
further

ORDERED, that Plaintiff's time to effectuate service upon all Defendants is hereby
extended one-hundred and twenty (120) days from the date this Order is entered; and it is further

ORDERED, that upon service of the Supplemental Summons and Amended Complaint
upon LVNV FUNDING LLC, said Defendant shall thereupon have the time prescribed by the
CPLR to serve an answer or otherwise move so as to challenge the Summons and Complaint or
any other Order entered in this action prior to the date of service of the Supplemental Summons
and Amended Complaint upon LYNV FUNDING LLC; and it is further

ORDERED, that should the Defendant default in answering or in otherwise moving, said
Defendant shall be bound by all of the terms and conditions set forth in the Summons and
Complaint, Order of Reference, and Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale, nunc pro tunc, as if said

Defendant was a party to this action before entry of the respective Orders; and it is further
